I’ve been practicing bodywork for just over two years, and my approach is rooted in listening—to your body, your tension patterns, and what you tell me about your day. I focus on deep tissue work and energetic alignment because I’ve seen how these two methods complement each other: one releases the physical knots, the other helps the nervous system settle into the release. My goal is to help you walk out with less pain and a clearer sense of what your body was holding onto. I work from a calm space in the Financial District, and I also travel to clients who prefer their own environment. I’m friendly and chatty (it’s the Venezuelan in me), so whether we talk through your weekend plans or sit in quiet focus, the session adapts to you. I speak Spanish as well, if that’s more comfortable. Above all, I want this work to feel straightforward and real—no mystery, just skilled hands and honest presence. If you’re dealing with chronic tightness or just feeling off, I’d love to help you find some relief.
